We are currently looking for a talented and experienced NLP Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing a solution for automating quality control within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, domain experts, and other team members to develop and implement NLP models and techniques tailored to the real estate industry.
- Fine-tune and customize ChatGPT prompts to understand the specific context of business interactions and evaluate the quality of interactions.
- Process and analyze call transcripts to extract relevant features for model training and evaluation.
- Develop, test, and optimize NLP algorithms to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the assessment system.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, AI, and ML technologies and incorporate them into the project, as appropriate.
- Prepare clear and concise technical documentation to ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with NLP, AI, or ML technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and experience working with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with GPT-based models and experience in fine-tuning and customizing large-scale language models.
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including text preprocessing, tokenization, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
- Experience with ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is a plus.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or prior experience in a relevant domain is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
